I had visited the Huffington Post blog and found four articles you may want to read:

1) GOP Senators Refusing to Work Past 2 PM, Invoking Obscure Rule

That’s about parliamentary obstruction – the very way the so-called opposition in Thailand operates since many months.

2) Taking Responsibility for Political Violence

That’s more an like an op-ed. It describes a deterioration in “public discourse”: insults, threats, enticement of violence – something one can observe in Thailand too, can’t we?

3) Washington Post Calls for End to Political Mayhem, but Gets Tripped Up Striving for “Balance”

That’s a review of a recent Washington Post article; makes for an interesting read about the role of media in an environment of heated social atmosphere – as in Thailand, these days.

4) Extremism in Defense of Liberty Is … Extremism

Well, that’s what it says …
