Well, Bongo, fair enough, but after Cowboy, Nana and Patpong are closed and bulldozed for yet another set of deluxe condos with swimming pools on each balcony, what about the other 98 percent of Bangkok nightlife scattered across every street and district from the mighty Ratchada, to the tony Ekamai and Thonglor, the sprawling entertainment plazas in the suburbs, the hundreds of thousands of KTV's, sing-song cafes, discos, Isan music places, hotel bars, normal bars, shortime hotels, music bars, private mamber clubs, RCA, Lumpini Park, massage, snooker, barber, escort, tea dance places, etc, etc, etc ... ... Bearing in mind that the millions of patrons of this vast multi-billion dollar structure (employing directly and indirectly over a million persons) are overwhelmingly Thai, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and other clients from around Asia, not the relatively small group of ratty farangs rutting in and around Patpong ... ...
